- Refund Policy for Customized Items
Since customized T-shirts are personalized products, once the production process begins, refunds or returns are generally not supported for the following reasons:
Dislike of the product style or color;
Change of mind after placing the order;
Incorrect size selection;
Uploading the wrong design file;
Spelling or content errors (caused by customer submission);
Design results not matching subjective expectations.
Please carefully check all design content, sizes, and shipping information before submitting your order.
- Situations Eligible for Refunds or Replacements
You are eligible to apply for a refund, replacement, or re-production if any of the following occur:
Receipt of the wrong item;
Manufacturing defects;
Printed content significantly differs from the confirmed order;
Item damaged during shipping;
Significant discrepancy between the received item and order specifications.
If you encounter an issue, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item and provide:

- Return Application Period
